Information: Onboard Manual
One reason to look in your manual is so you can
see
which icons do what (page 9 of 800 manual). But the manual
contains a wealth of other information, too. What if you don't have
your paper manual handy? You can access the one onboard the device.

To get to the
onboard manual in the iTravl:
Tap the question mark
that is in the upper right corner.

To get to the
onboard manual in the 800:

Look for the Main Menu icon. It is
on the far left on the bottom of your screen. If you
don't see it, click on the tools icon that is at the
bottom of the right vertical icon bar (there are two
of these, one on each side of your screen). This
takes you to the Settings menu, where that Main Menu
icon will always be as noted above.

Tap the Main Menu icon with your
stylus (if you can't find your stylus, it's docked
in the body of the translator--feel around the
edges, and you'll find it).

Tap the Extras
icon. Now you'll see the
Manual icon.

To get to the
onboard manual in the TL-2:

Look for the Main Menu icon. It is
on the far left on the bottom of your screen. If you
don't see it, close the application you are now in
by clicking the X in the upper right hand corner. If
you keep closing applications, that Main Menu icon
will appear.

Tap the Main Menu icon with your
stylus (if you can't find your stylus, it's docked
in the body of the translator--feel around the
edges, and you'll find it).

Tap the About
icon. Now you'll see the
Manual icon.
