does. We know this because IRS has been documented spending far more than it can
collect. If you spend $3 million to collect $120,000 is that rational? Yes, if
your real mission is to subjugate the populace through systematic abuse and

Meanwhile, the millionaires in CONgress continue to steal

What we really need is to pierce the corporate veil and jail the CEOs who
serve on each other's boards, and pierce the govt veil and jail those
whackos in the IRS, and pierce whatever veil it is and jail the 500 or so
corrupt members of CONgress.
