Our military customers are
extremely important to us. You are doing a job that we respect
and can't thank you enough for. That's why we provide:
- Personalized service. Your calls are
always welcome, and we are more than happy to talk to you.
Even if you're not buying. We provide service through the
entire buying cycle and even help you with your warranty
later, if the need arises.
- Discounts. We give package deals,
provide APO shipping, and other cost-savings not available to
our other customers. Follow up your purchase with an e-mail
asking for an after-the-fact discount, and we'll basically
remove our profit margin from the sale.
- Flexibility on polices. Our
manufacturers have all agreed to "cut some slack" to military
buyers. Our return policies are strict, because we must abide
by the manufacturers' audited policies. However, military
customers have extenuating circumstances, so we have some
additional leeway for you.
- Solid-value merchandise, only. This is
true across the board for us. We simply don't stock low-end
items that our customers aren't going to be happy with.
